Your Responsibilities
- Develop positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support everyday routines while encouraging confidence and independence.
- Plan enjoyable activities that promote learning, wellbeing and social development.
- Safeguard young people and promote their emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Provide personalised support, including responding to behaviours of concern and assisting with personal care where required.
- Work closely with colleagues, families and partner agencies to deliver outstanding care.

You are someone who:
- Has experience supporting children and young people.
- Understands the importance of patience, empathy and consistency.
- Communicates effectively and works well within a team.
