Job Summary
£11,200 per year (£28,000 pro rata, 16 hours per week)
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Job share/Part-Time Sales Order Processor / E-commerce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage our end-to-end order lifecycle, handle direct customer interactions, and coordinate backend procurement.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible or reduced-hours role who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can maintain high data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Execute daily sales order processing across our digital sales channels.
- System Operations: Utilise SAP daily to input data, track stock, and update order statuses.
- Procurement Support: Review stock levels and raise purchase orders with suppliers to maintain inventory.
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls promptly, providing excellent service and taking phone orders.
- Payment Handling: Securely process customer card payments over the telephone.
- Returns & Claims: Manage customer returns from start to finish, including assessing items and processing credits or replacements.
- E-commerce Monitoring: Help monitor the e-commerce platform daily to ensure seamless order syncing.
Requirements & Experience
- SAP Experience: Hands-on experience as an SAP user is desirable although training can be given
- Order Processing: Proven track record in a sales order processing or data-input role.
- E-commerce Background: Experience working within an e-commerce or digital retail environment is highly preferred. To include helping with and overseeing our use of social media
- Communication: Exceptional phone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills: High accuracy in data entry, strong multitasking abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
This is a job share role and will require the ability to cover holidays, by prior agreement and sickness cover if necessary.
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
