About Strive Studio
Strive Studio is an exciting new boutique wellness studio opening just outside Henley-on-Thames. We are creating a welcoming, community-focused space offering Hot Yoga, Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates under one roof.
Our vision is to provide exceptional coaching in a premium environment where people of all abilities feel supported, challenged and inspired. As the area's first dedicated infrared hot yoga studio, we're looking for instructors who share our passion for helping people move, feel and live better.
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Hot Yoga Instructor to lead engaging, high-quality classes in our brand-new infrared heated studio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become one of our founding instructors and help shape the culture of an exciting new studio from launch. Initially, hours will be part-time, with plenty of opportunity to increase classes as our membership grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver safe, motivating and inclusive hot yoga classes.
- Create an enjoyable experience for members of all abilities.
- Offer modifications and progressions to suit different experience levels.
- Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming community.
- Arrive in good time to prepare the studio before classes.
- Maintain a clean, professional studio environment before and after sessions.
- Work closely with the Strive Studio team to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Hot Yoga Instructor.
- Certification in Bikram Yoga, 26&2, or another recognised hot yoga discipline.
- Confident teaching in a heated environment.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Reliable, professional and approachable.
- Passionate about health, wellbeing and delivering an outstanding class experience.
Desirable
- Experience teaching Vinyasa Hot Yoga or other heated yoga styles.
- Current First Aid qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in a boutique studio environment.
- Ability to build a loyal class following and foster a strong community atmosphere.
