Production & Assembly Operative
Pay: £12.71 per hour + additional bonus opportunities
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 2 Days, 2 Nights
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am
12-hour shifts with paid breaks

We are currently recruiting for Production & Assembly Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous factory, production or assembly experience who is looking for a long-term position with opportunities to progress within the company.
The Role
As a Production & Assembly Operative, your duties will include:
- Assembling various components and products to required specifications
- Inspection and packaging
- Carrying out quality checks and identifying any faults or defects
- Maintaining a high level of concentration to ensure consistent product quality
- Operating semi-automatic machinery when required
- Running more than one machine once fully trained
- Manual handling, including stacking and wrapping pallets
- Moving pallets using pallet trolleys
- Cleaning mouldings using appropriate cleaning solvents where required
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy workstation
- Following production procedures and quality standards
- Adhering to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a factory, production, manufacturing or assembly environment
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts across both days and nights
- Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times
