As a Warehouse Operative at our EA Martin & son Ltd branch, you are an integral part of our team, responsible for order picking for delivery to our customers. You will also book stock in/out via our computerised system and communicate via telephone calls with our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Receiving and checking all deliveries
- Picking orders for delivery to customers
- Ensure all stock is stored in the correct manner
- Liaise with management with queries relating to delivery and stock discrepancies
- Keep inventory management systems up to date
- Move and rearrange stock, either by hand or using heavy lifting equipment
- Support with the implementation of a stock and inventory control management system
- Conduct regular stock takes
Key Skills and Behaviours
- Store experience highly advantageous
- Forklift driving licence advantageous
- Confident IT Skills – computerised stock management system
- Health and Safety knowledge
- Initiative-taking with a dedicated approach
Pay: From £13.30 per hour
