Complete Inspection Services is looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Property Inspector to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the property and Energy sector. Full training will be provided, with the role developing as your skills and competency grow.
Role Overview
Once fully trained (and depending on competency), duties will include, visiting clients in their homes independently and as part of a team, to produce the following..
- Completing EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates)
- Carrying out condition surveys
- Drawing floor plans
- Creating 3D property scans
- Completing air pressure tests

Training & Progression
This is a trainee role with structured training and the opportunity to progress within the company as experience and qualifications are gained.
Minimum requirements
- Full clean driving Licence
- Own vehicle (mileage paid)
- DBS, showing no convictions
- Live within 30 minutes of OX28
- Have a background in, and/or an understanding of property and buildings
Location
Candidate would be based and required to operate from our office in west Oxfordshire, but travel and some overnight stays will be required, with expenses paid.
