Duties
- Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food and beverage delivery
- Lead and motivate team members in food preparation, cooking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to foster a collaborative team environment
- Train new employees on food production techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain inventory levels for food ingredients, beverages, and supplies while minimizing waste
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on food service management
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices within a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire staff
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to food production environments
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Previous roles involving restaurant or kitchen experience that showcase leadership capabilities

Pay: £12.71-£14.80 per hour
