We are a vibrant family friendly holiday destination looking for a dedicated full time Gatehouse Assistant to join our Park Services team at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2026 Summer season.
You will be working within a busy Holiday Park as part of a passionate team, you will play a core part in providing fantastic customer service to our guests. If you enjoy working outside this role could be for you. Located near Newquay, 10 minutes from the beach.
You will be assisting our reception team by working outside, doing pitch checks and also within the gatehouse, meeting and greeting our visitors ensuring they have easy access in and out of the park and assisting with our car registration system.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is avaliable for an immediate start
- Someone who is helpful and friendly with a passion for great customer service.
- You will need a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
- Customer focused with a positive can-do attitude.
- A team player but can also work on your own initiative.
- IT skills would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are key in this role as is the ability to take initiative and work efficiently prioritising an evolving workload.
- An ability to work/remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
