The Salvation Army provides support and emergency accommodation for adults experiencing homelessness in Glasgow. We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our team at Huntershill Court Lifehouse, a 14-flat supported accommodation service.
As Programme Manager, you will lead a key area of the support programme, helping clients achieve positive outcomes while supporting the delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective service.
You will manage and develop support staff, oversee case management, client records, risk management and multi-agency working, and build effective relationships with partner agencies and internal stakeholders. You will also support financial controls, help clients manage charges and remain debt free.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate:

Experience managing and delivering services for vulnerable people with complex support needs, including holistic assessment, risk assessment and support planning.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop staff teams.

Good knowledge of homelessness, related support services, welfare benefits and housing-related benefits.

Strong communication, organisational, partnership-working, IT and numerical skills, including Microsoft Office, client databases and budget monitoring.

A relevant qualification at level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or a related field, or willingness to work towards one.

Ability to work within and promote the Christian ethos and values of The Salvation Army.
