Responsibilities

- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviour and intervening when necessary.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, including providing first aid if required.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
- Enforce access control procedures by checking identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents or investigations.
- Ensure all security equipment is operational and report any faults or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is desirable.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring techniques.
- First aid certification is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognise suspicious activity quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally.
