Asana Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting individuals recovering from substance misuse, mental health challenges, and complex trauma.
You will deliver structured, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients develop coping strategies, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve sustainable recovery within a safe and supportive environment in Silverstone.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (e.g. CBT, MI, trauma-informed care)
- Facilitate group therapy focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation
- Carry out assessments and contribute to care planning
- Support clients in identifying triggers and building coping strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in supervision, safeguarding, and case reviews
About You
- Qualified in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Accredited or working towards accreditation (BACP, UKCP, BABCP or equivalent)
- Experience working with mental health, addiction, or trauma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage a caseload effectively and work as part of a team
Desirable: experience in residential rehabilitation or dual diagnosis settings.
