Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced Lift Engineer to join our team working on major new-build installation projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands. You'll be installing high-quality passenger and goods lifts for well-known clients, working alongside a skilled team of engineers and mates, with occasional refurbishment work too.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and fitting out passenger and goods lifts on new-build and renovation projects for well-known clients
- Working as part of a team of engineers and mates on major installation projects in Birmingham and the surrounding area
- Managing deliveries to site
- Demonstrating new equipment to clients
- Carrying out routine maintenance checks, fault diagnosis and repairs
- Refurbishing or replacing lift interiors — flooring, panels, displays, communication systems, buttons and lighting
- Keeping written and computerised work records up to date
- Ensuring all equipment meets current Health & Safety regulations
- Following Health & Safety procedures and completing all required paperwork
- Liaising with site managers, project managers, Health & Safety inspectors and other stakeholders on and off site

Hours
· Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour break), with occasional overtime.

- CSCS card
- SSSTS/ Willing to complete
