- Delivering Swimming Lessons:Teaching swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety rules to individuals or groups of varying abilities.
- Progress Monitoring:Continuously assessing the progress of swimmers and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
- Safety Management:Ensuring the safety and welfare of all participants, monitoring behavior, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Communication:Effectively communicating with students, parents/guardians, and other staff members.
- Lesson Planning:Developing and implementing lesson plans that are appropriate for the skill level and needs of the participants.
- Feedback & Evaluation:Providing constructive feedback to students on their progress and evaluating the effectiveness of the lessons.
- First Aid:Administering first aid for minor injuries or accidents.
- Equipment Management:Ensuring the proper setup and maintenance of equipment used in lessons.
