Summary
Are you an enthusiastic, highly motivated and extremely well organised person? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the support staff at Ribblesdale School, working in the heart of the Ribble Valley in Lancashire.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive person, who is approachable and has a calm, professional manner. You will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. The ability to communicate well with pupils, parents and staff is a pre-requisite of the role.
Based predominantly at our secondary provision, but flexible enough to support across both sites, the successful candidate will provide a high-quality administrative support, managing a varied workload and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the school.
The postholder will work alongside the existing business, finance, HR and administration teams, taking responsibility for a range of administration duties.
It is essential that you have strong IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role and the ability to learn new systems quickly would be advantageous.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
