We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our successful and expanding team in Watford as an Office Administrator – Reporting & Data Analysis.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong administrative skills, good Excel experience and an interest in reporting, data management and analysis. You will work closely with different departments to ensure information is accurate, up to date and presented clearly to support the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role
As Office Administrator you will be trained on everything there is to know about running an administration department within a busy sales office. You will be supporting the sales team and assisting with checking documents for completion, contracts and other office duties including:
· Contract management
· Data entry
· Managing supplier contacts
· Portal and CRM input
· Obtaining business details
The Person
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and has a strong eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with large amounts of information and confident using Excel to organise, analyse and present data.
You should have:
- Previous administrative or office-based experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience producing reports and analysing data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and typing skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
