Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service delivery
- Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging professional development
- Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and standards in line with company objectives
- Coordinate with other teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare reports for senior management and beyond.
- Manage administrative tasks including resource allocation
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff.
