CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading globalprovider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We arerecruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team located in Nottingham .
The purpose of the Facilities Manager roleis to have management and overall responsibility for a group of properties inline with all Health and Safety, environmental, company procedures relatedgeneral legislation and client/tenant requirements. This includes ensuring theadherence to the budgetary costs and customer service standards.
KeyResponsibilities
MonitorFM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.
Ensurethe fabric of the building both externally and internally is maintained andserviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract andagreed budgets.
Beresponsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite.
Overseethird party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided inaccordance with the agreed contract.
Preparation,control and monitoring of the service agreement in accordance with the client’sbudgetary agreement
Regularmonitoring of the key performance indicators and taking remedial action asapplicable to ensure the required standards are maintained.
Tocompile and maintain all required management information/records relating tocompany, health and safety and other related records.
Tofurther develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring that theyreceive the highest standards of service in relation to their operational needs.
Proactivelymanage risk and deal with insurance issues on site
Liaisewith the building manager and the procurement department to ensure compilationof external contracts.

PersonSpecification/Requirements
Educatedto degree level or equivalent.
Previousfacilities management experience. This includes Line Management responsibilityfor Company personnel and contractors and management service agreements asapplicable.
Excellentcustomer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Highdegree and knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmentalprotection requirements and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
