Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling, with a commitment to customer service. This job is paid per hour with a commission scheme on top of basic wage.
Duties
- Perform a variety of hair styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional advice.
- Manage including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Options to upsell additional products and services to maximise client satisfaction and space to display products.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Stay updated with current trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty treatments.
- Services to be carried out include, cutting, toning, colouring and lifting hair, drying and styling. Experience in hair extensions and hair ups are desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio of work.
- Skilled and confident in lifting and colour techniques.
- Communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
