Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas in commercial buildings, warehouse
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures according to established protocols
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver consistent, top-quality cleaning services
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment with safety awareness
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
