Job Summary
Vitruvian Dental Studio is a high end cosmetic dental brand offering everything from same day smile makeovers to same day implants to specialist orthodontics and focussing on exceptional patient care.
This is a very rare opportunity only available due to promotion of our existing practice manager who has been with us since the practice started started to regional manager.
You aren't inheriting a problem to sort out, you'll be inheriting a very well run 5* rated high performing stable practice. You will receive full support to settle in to the role by the existing manager and ongoing support from the close knit senior leadership team.
You will inherit an excellent, motivated, welcoming and hard working team of staff and clinicians in an extremely high end aesthetic practice.
The site is about to undergo an expansion doubling it's footprint within the coming months so this is a very exciting time to come aboard!
This position will suit
Someone who is career motivated, looking to grow and manage a high end cosmetic practice. Motivated by high standards in customer service, compliance and managing a high performing team of clinicians and admin staff.
Requirements (Previous Dental Management Experience is a must)
The ideal applicant will have 2+ years dental practice management experience however we are happy to support a highly motivated, professional applicant wanting to further their career.
- Excellent customer service

- Proficient in IT/Software usage
- Strong knowledge of CQC and regulations affecting dental practices and how to implement (Willingness to be CQC registered manager)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary from £42,000 dependent on experience with a rise once CQC registered manager
