Duties
- Oversee daily operations of digital payment platforms, ensuring smooth transaction flow and system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new FinTech solutions and enhance existing payment processes
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to digital payments and financial services
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to payment processing systems promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular audits of transaction data to identify discrepancies or fraud risks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed documentation of operational procedures, incident reports, and system updates
- Liaise with banking partners, payment processors, and technology vendors to optimize service delivery and resolve issues swiftly
Experience
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly within digital payments or FinTech operations
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems, fraud prevention measures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deploy new technology solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry standards such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and regulatory landscapes in the financial services sector
