Part-time Clinical Supervisor (you must also hold a core profession as a Nurse or Clinical Psychologist)
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor to help us build mental health centres of excellence and to play a leading role in shaping clinical quality as we grow. Applicants must be a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist with a core profession as a Nurse or Clinical Psychologist.

Is this you?
- You’re a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist with a core profession as a Nurse or Clinical Psychologist.
- You’re an experienced supervisor who is excited by the pace and possibility of a start-up.
- You’re ambitious and want to shape clinical quality, not simply maintain it.
- You’re a natural team builder who wants to help us develop a team of amazing therapists.
- You’re passionate about deliberate practice, reflective supervision and making every session count. Even better if you have experience of teaching too!
The role
This is a remote role, though we’ll invite you to in-person meetings from time to time.
- Salary £50,000 – £70,000 pro rata (FTE).
- You must maintain a small clinical caseload alongside your supervisory work.
