Job Role: Senior Business & Performance Coordinator
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Main Purpose of the Job
We're looking for a proactive, organised and driven Senior Business & Performance Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great service. You will play a key role in coordinating operational workflows across multiple service lines, ensuring work is allocated effectively, progresses smoothly and meets agreed service levels. Working closely with clients, operational teams and internal stakeholders, you will help drive service excellence through strong coordination, quality oversight, process discipline and a continuous focus on improving how we operate.
Position in Organisation
This role reports to the Business and Performance Manager. There is a requirement to work from the New Milton office a minimum of three days per week.
Main Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate the delivery of work across multiple service lines, ensuring instructions progress efficiently through operational workflows.
- Scheduling and allocate work to operational teams based on capacity, geographical coverage and client requirements.
- Monitor work queues and progress against agreed service levels, highlighting issues and risks to the Business & Performance Manager.
- Coordinate appointments, access arrangements and operational activities with clients and internal teams.
- Manage operational escalations and resolve service delivery issues where appropriate.
- Coordinate remediation activities arising from service delivery outputs, including obtaining quotations, arranging follow-up visits and communicating available options and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate information within business systems and ensure records are kept up to date.
Commercial Administration
- Support billing activities by ensuring completed work is accurately recorded and ready for invoicing.
- Assist with purchase order administration, service amendments and client requests.
Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
