Essential skills:
- Previous experience in a team leader role
- Polite, outgoing and friendly.
- Comfortable using and being on social media
- Great attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Duties include:
- Leading shifts and customer sessions
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Monitoring and interacting with sessions
- Creating engaging social media content inline with the social media strategy
- Cleaning and maintaining Axe Lanes, public and staff areas.
- Driving sales including return custom and upsell.
- Delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.
Pay: £13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham NG1 4DB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
