Celino's Italian Trattoria in Glasgow’s Eastend G313BT are looking for a breakfast chef.
Working 5 mornings per week 6am to 2pm.
The successful candidate will be:
Confident and dedicated to producing a very high standard of breakfast/brunch
dishes to sit in and take out.
Design and develop breakfast specials weekly.
Able to rotate stock and place orders on a daily basis.
Able to open the kitchen with the assistance of a kitchen porter, checking in goods until head chef arrives at 10am.
A clean and tidy worker, maintaining a professional and respectful work
environment at all times insuring food safety is adhered to and recorded.
Work well with other team members to ensure customer and team satisfaction.
