Join our dynamic legal team as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal specializing in Private Client matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant legal environment, providing expert advice and comprehensive support to clients on a wide range of private client issues. You will play a pivotal role in managing estate planning, probate, trusts, and succession matters, ensuring high-quality service delivery with a proactive and client-focused approach. Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of private client cases, including complex wills, trusts, probate applications, estate administration, powers of attorney, court of protection, wealth management and inheritance tax
- Provide clear, accurate legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, inheritance tax planning, and succession strategies
- Draft and review legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, trust deeds, and probate forms with precision and attention to detail
- Negotiate effectively with beneficiaries, third parties, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions that align with their objectives
- Coordinate with courts, financial advisors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth case progression
- Maintain meticulous case records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout all stages of case management
Minimum Qualifications and Skills Needed
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience in private client law, running your own case load from start to finish;
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate procedures, trusts, and inheritance tax regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising confidently with clients and professional partners
- Detail-oriented mindset combined with proactive problem-solving abilities

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
