Cleaning Operative – Whitehaven, Workington & Surrounding Areas

We're looking for enthusiastic Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team at LLB Cleans, providing cleaning services across serviced accommodation properties throughout West Cumbria.
Pay Rates
Aged 21+ – £13.00 per hour
Aged 18–20 – £11.00 per hour
Aged 17–18 – £8.00 per hour

Essential Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ability to work a minimum of one weekend per month
- Reliable and able to communicate effectively with the team
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Role
You'll be responsible for cleaning and preparing a range of serviced accommodation properties to a high standard, ensuring every guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming environment.
Duties include:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Making beds and presenting properties to company standards
- Reporting maintenance issues and property concerns
- Working efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines
- Delivering exceptional attention to detail
