DBR Builders (NW) Ltd, part of the DBR Investment Group, is looking for an ambitious apprentice to join our growing property investment team.
Working alongside experienced property professionals, you'll gain practical experience across acquisitions, development and asset management.
Typical responsibilities
· Researching investment opportunities.
· Analysing residential and commercial property.
· Working with estate agents, brokers, surveyors and lenders.
· Reviewing valuation reports, finance offers and leases.
· Carrying out market research and comparable evidence.
· Assisting with acquisitions and due diligence.
· Supporting the management of residential and commercial assets.
· Using Microsoft 365 and AI tools extensively to analyse opportunities and improve efficiency.
We're looking for someone who:
· Is analytical and organised.
· Has excellent communication skills.
· Has strong attention to detail.
· Is comfortable using Microsoft 365.
· Is interested in AI and technology.
· Has a genuine interest in property investment, acquisitions and asset management.
· Wants to build a long-term career within the property industry.
Previous property experience is not essential; however, a genuine interest in property development, acquisitions and asset management is important.
A driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will receive structured apprenticeship training, workplace mentoring and increasing responsibility as their knowledge develops.
You will undertake a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with Learning Curve Group.

Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (this includes a 1-hour unpaid break).
Pay: From £8.00 per hour
