Care assistant required to work within a team of carers, caring for our residents who all have various forms of dementia, at Barchester Tower St Leonards on Sea.
The ideal candidate will work shifts of 6 and /or 12 hours to include some weekends. they must be prepared to carry out all personal care and ensure the residents and safe and happy. Training is offered and all staff are encouraged to further their careers with apprenticeships and diplomas.
