Main function: To assist the General Manager and Operations Manager in the operation of a 5 star small luxury hotel. Responsible for making decisions that directly affect the day-to-day operations for the entire facility. You will perform many of the same functions as the hotel General Manager and Operations Manager but have slightly less authority.
Reports to: General Manager and Operations Manager.
Must be able to solve problems quickly and in a professional and pleasant manner. They must be able to deal successfully with a wide variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Be initiative, have self-discipline, effective communications skills, and the ability to organize and direct the work of others.
The highest of standards is required and applicants must be career driven, passionate, friendly and preferably with a minimum of one year experience at an Assistant Manager or Assistant Operations Manager level, in a similar property.

Live In available (shared house). Small rent payable, electricity, wifi, heating complimentary. Meals provided on duty.
Own transport is recommended due to the location of the Hotel.
