The Boston Bar Old Town is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join the floor staff team in delivering the Best Irish Party in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new city centre venue.
As a member of the floor team and often the first point of contact for guests, you will bring plenty of energy to the venue, delivering a fantastic experience that will really make our guests feel like they are a part of the Best Irish Party in Edinburgh, getting our guests to return time and time again. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring customers are served in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and well presented floor area during service
- Providing recommendations for customers and upselling when possible
- Collaborating with the bar team to ensure smooth service
- Promoting Boston Bar by taking part in Flyer Campaigns
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A desire to provide exceptional service
- An upbeat lively attitude that contributes positively to the overall ambience of the venue
- Experience with serving drinks (Preferred)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to help out wherever needed in the venu
