Job Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team at a Care Home, providing essential support to residents in need of care. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of individuals in a home care setting.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Support in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs
- Drive the delivery of high-quality care services
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and record-keeping
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Care Home or Home Care setting is desirable
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work compassionately with individuals requiring care and support
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues
