Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Flexi FLT Operator on behalf of a busy Logistics company in Ashford.

Key Responsibilities

Flexi FLT Duties

Safely operate a Flexi Forklift Truck.
Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
Put away and retrieve stock from warehouse racking.
Carry out daily equipment checks and report any defects.
Support warehouse operations and maintain a safe working environment.

Administrative Duties

Process warehouse and transport documentation.
Update stock records and internal systems accurately.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and transport planners.
Support general office and administration functions as required.

Candidate Requirements

Valid and in-date Flexi FLT Licence.
Previous experience operating a Flexi FLT.
Strong administration and computer skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
