BS Scaffolding Ltd is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Charge Hand to lead scaffold gangs on a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects across Newcastle and Sunderland, Durham and Middlesbrough.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, maintains high safety standards and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Responsibilities
- Leading scaffold gangs on site.
- Organising daily workloads.
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Liaising with supervisors and site management.
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and safety.
Requirements
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder preferred (Part 2 with significant leadership experience considered).
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Proven experience leading scaffold gangs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of current scaffolding regulations and safe working practices.
