Job Overview
Pebble Beach is a busy restaurant with 4 hotel rooms that are rated 5 AA stars. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to take on the part time role of Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail and possess a strong work ethic, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Bed making
- Ensuring that hotel rooms are cleaned to a high standard
- Manage household supplies by monitoring inventory levels and restocking as necessary
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate parties.
- Ensure that all cleaning products are used safely and stored correctly
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills is highly valued
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work. All staff receive a share of gratuities.
Hours are Tues, Weds, Thurs - 8.30am - 3.00pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
