- Use basic hand tools, workshop equipment, and test equipment safely and accurately
- Help maintain organised workspaces, parts, tools, files, and build documentation
- Support improvements to assembly processes, test procedures, and product reliability
- Work with the engineering team to identify build problems and suggest practical improvements
- Assist with 3D printed parts, fixtures, jigs, or prototype components where required
Required Skills and Experience

- Good attention to detail and pride in producing neat, reliable work
- Ability to follow instructions, drawings, procedures, and checklists
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Confident using hand tools and basic workshop equipment
- Ability to test, diagnose, and report product issues
- Good organisational skills and ability to keep records clearly

- Graduate or early-career engineer with an engineering, electronics, mechanical, product design, or similar background
- Experience with CAD or 3D modelling
- Experience with 3D printing
- Experience assembling electronics, drones, robotics, RC systems, or similar products
- Basic soldering, wiring, crimping, or connector assembly experience
- Experience using test equipment such as multimeters or power supplies
- Experience with ArduPilot, Pixhawk, or drone-related systems
- Basic understanding of serial communication, sensors, telemetry, or control systems
- Experience creating or updating build instructions, test sheets, or technical documentation
About the Role
