Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Develop customized treatment plans based on inspection findings, pest species, and property needs
- Apply appropriate pest control methods, including baiting, trapping, and chemical treatments, following safety protocols
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and answer questions regarding ongoing maintenance
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards during treatment procedures
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service quality
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately assess pest issues and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and professionally to clients
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift equipment or supplies as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is highly desirable
- Certifications such as State Pest Control License or equivalent are a plus but not mandatory; training will be available for qualified applicants

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
