We know our services change lives - but we need someone who can capture that impact and communicate it in a way that inspires people to get involved, join, or support the Centre.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Impact Communications Officer to join our Marketing and Communications team.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we evidence and share the Centre's impact. You'll work across the organisation to gather stories, develop compelling content and turn outcomes and data into communications that demonstrate the value of our work.

£25,935 pro rata, £13.30 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Location: Due to the nature of this role you will be expected to be available at the Neuro Therapy Centre for the majority of the working hours, but there may be potential for some home working when work commitments allow. Some adhoc evening/weekend work may be required to support events.
Key Responsibilities
You'll work closely with colleagues across the Centre to:
- Develop inspiring member, volunteer and supporter stories.
- Create engaging content for our website, social media, newsletters and publications.
- Produce impact reports, blogs and case studies that demonstrate the difference our services make.
- Turn data and outcomes into accessible, engaging communications.
- Support fundraising by providing compelling evidence and stories for grant applications, donor communications and fundraising campaigns.
- Help develop and embed systems for capturing and reporting impact across the organisation.
- Raise awareness of the Centre through positive stories, PR, and digital communications.
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating engaging communications across digital and print platforms.
- The ability to translate statistics and outcomes into compelling stories.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with members, volunteers and colleagues.
- A creative approach combined with excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for making a difference through charity communications.
Experience of working in the charity sector, fundraising communications or impact reporting would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills and a passion for telling meaningful stories.
