Job Title: Admin & Distribution Operative
Job Type: Full Time - 37.5 Hours
Location: Swiss Time Services - Hockley, Essex
Role Summary
This role will support STS to process products received from retail stores by accurately sorting and assigning them to the appropriate workflows in line with defined work instructions and compliance requirements. The role operates within a high-volume environment and requires accurate system recording and efficient processing of items to meet productivity targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and process products from retail stores
- Assess and classify items into defined processing streams based on condition and suitability for refurbishment, following established work instructions and condition standards
- Accurately input data and record all stock movement on internal systems to maintain audit compliance and inventory accuracy
- Carry out stock transfers and dispatch processes in line with policies, procedures, and work instructions, safeguarding stock in transit
- Handle high-value products with care, ensuring accuracy and minimising risk of damage or loss
- Liaise with retail stores regarding item transfers and queries
- Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment at all times
