We are seeking an Asset Data and Assurance Manager to lead asset data and asset management activities across the in-scope portfolio, ensuring a strong one team culture and consistently demonstrating ISS values and behaviours in both internal and client-facing interactions.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can work closely with Technical Operations and Compliance Managers, Country Account Managers and administration teams to ensure consistency in processes, systems and reporting, while supporting high levels of client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of asset management activities in line with contractual requirements, including asset registers, asset tagging, CAFM uploads and maintenance plans.
- Enhance asset management service offerings to add value to client assets.
- Lead the development of asset management documentation, including policies, objectives, Asset Management Plans (AMPs), Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) and associated procedures.
- Supervise and monitor TFM contractors to implement ISO 55001 requirements and prepare asset management reports and risk analyses.
- Ensure maintenance procedures align with manufacturer specifications or SFG20 requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) with a rolling five-year programme of works and replacements.
- Ensure the asset database within the CAFM system remains accurate, up to date and managed through approved change control processes.
- Lead asset class strategies, support cross-functional collaboration and work with CAFM teams on asset classification, categorisation and documentation.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience within Technical Services in a building services environment, preferably within integrated facilities management.
- Proven experience operating in a similar role and environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong team-working capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in the commercial aspects of engineering contracts.
- Full UK driving licence required (car/car allowance provided).
