About the role
Bright London Care Limited is recruiting compassionate, reliable and committed Home Care Workers / Care Assistantsto support the expansion of our care-at-home services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
You will provide person-centred care and support to adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting medication in line with care plans and training
- Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition and hydration
- Supporting mobility and safe movement
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities
- Encouraging independence, choice, dignity and control
- Following individual care and support plans
- Maintaining clear and accurate care records
- Reporting concerns or changes in a person's wellbeing promptly
- Working professionally with families, colleagues and health and social care professionals
- Promoting the safety and wellbeing of the people you support

Previous care experience is beneficial but not always essential, as training and support will be provided.

Driving
As this is a community-based home care role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable.
