We're now looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. If you're looking to step away from the corporate environment and become part of an independent agency where your contribution genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in every stage of the sales journey, building lasting relationships with clients while delivering a first-class service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating property sales and managing offers.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Booking market appraisal appointments.
- Carrying out external appointments and property visits.
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other professionals.
- Delivering the high level of customer care that defines the Moorhouse brand.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in residential estate agency sales.
- Is confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage their own workload.
- Is ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow with a new and forward-thinking business.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
