Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, dependable, and eager-to-learn Executive Assistant to support the Business Director in London, UK. This is a locally based role for a graduate who is passionate about taking on responsibility. The position goes beyond routine company support — the individual will assist the Business Director across all business decisions, acting as a trusted right hand and a vital link between the Business Director and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Record minutes of meetings accurately, translate discussions into clearly defined action plans, and assign resulting tasks to the relevant stakeholders.
· Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations to support the Business Director's meetings and decision-making.
· Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Hindi, ensuring accurate and effective exchange of information at all times.
· Manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, engaging confidently with individuals across various functions, understanding their respective roles, and facilitating clear communication between them.
· Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Business Director, ensuring information is conveyed accurately and in a timely manner in both directions.
· Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress diligently to ensure timely completion.
· Exhibit confidence and strong multi-tasking capabilities across a broad range of responsibilities.
· Operate effectively within a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines and following up firmly on outstanding tasks, while maintaining a courteous and approachable manner with all colleagues.
· Maintain well-organised and accurate records and data, presented in a clear and easily comprehensible format for decision-making purposes.
· Approach all responsibilities with genuine passion, self-motivation, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
· Engage confidently and professionally with senior leadership, demonstrating the maturity and discretion expected of the position.
· Act as a support in outlet operations, assisting in the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the store.
· Coordinate the Business Director's schedule, prioritising commitments in line with business needs.
· Always handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
· Anticipate the needs of the Business Director and stakeholders proactively, addressing issues before they escalate.
· Support the coordination of cross-functional projects, tracking progress and flagging risks or delays to the Business Director.
