Sous Chef – Pulpo Negro
Pulpo Negro is looking for a dedicated and driven Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen. As a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, we champion creativity, seasonality, and bold flavours through modern tapas.
You’ll support the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, helping lead a passionate, close-knit team. This role involves ordering, stock control, food safety compliance, and mentoring junior chefs – all while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
