We're Yo&Co, a design-led hospitality and property platform bringing together premium interior design, property management and luxury short stays.
Following strong organic growth and a proven operating model, we're preparing for our first seed investment round and are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO to work directly with our Founder on rebuilding our financial model and strengthening our investment case.
This is a specialist consultancy engagement focused on preparing the business for investment.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone to work alongside our Founder to reconstruct our financial model from the ground up. You'll take our existing commercial data, operating assumptions and growth strategy and build a robust, investor-ready financial model that accurately reflects the business and clearly supports our upcoming seed investment raise.
Working closely with the Founder, you'll translate our pipeline, market opportunity and commercial strategy into a compelling financial narrative, ensuring our forecasts, growth assumptions and commercial drivers are presented in a way that supports a credible investment case and valuation.
This is a strategic engagement for someone with proven experience supporting founders through pre-seed or seed fundraising, developing financial models that have successfully underpinned investment raises, and translating ambitious growth plans into credible, investor-ready financial forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild our financial model from the ground up
- Develop robust three to five-year financial projections
- Challenge commercial assumptions and key business drivers
- Translate our pipeline, market opportunity and commercial strategy into an investor-ready financial model
- Build a financial model that clearly demonstrates the scalability and investment potential of the business
- Develop financial outputs that support a credible investment proposition and valuation
- Advise on valuation methodology and investment readiness
- Align the financial model with our investor deck
- Help prepare the business for investor due diligence
- Provide strategic financial guidance throughout the fundraising process
Essential Experience

You'll have proven experience in:
- Supporting founders through a pre-seed or seed fundraising process
- Building investor-ready financial models
- Company valuation and fundraising strategy
- Working as a Fractional CFO or in an equivalent strategic finance role
- Advising founders of high-growth businesses
Experience within hospitality, property or marketplace businesses would be advantageous, but fundraising and financial modelling experience is our priority.
Engagement
- Initial two-day intensive workshop working directly alongside the Founder
- Hybrid working, with in-person sessions in London
- £500 per day
- Potential for additional ad-hoc consultancy throughout our fundraising journey
