Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Service Delivery Manager based on site for a busy site in London. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual. The role requires flexible and resilience. The successful candidate will have a previous experience in cleaning management and service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:
- The primary role is to ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client
- Recruit, manage, train, motivate and develop the cleaning team
- Manage and develop the client relationship and daily interaction with support from the Contract Manager
- Maintain excellent levels of communication daily, dealing with queries and any on-site issues.
- Manage all schedules to ensure full compliance with correct details being submitted in a timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring all performance matters are reported and meet the agreed KPI’s for the day-to-day operations
- Develop, implement, drive and support the performance metrics
- Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- BICSc trained or be willing to undergo BICSc training
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working alone and in a team
Requirements:
- Do you have Operational Management experience in Cleaning Management?
- Do you have Environmental Health and Safety and Business Process awareness?
- Do you have proven people management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels?
- Do you have excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint?
