Kier Group plc is seeking an experienced Head of CRM to take senior ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll shape how we use CRM to drive opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and customer insight across the business. You'll be accountable for the platform's direction, governance, and value delivery, working closely with business leaders and technology teams to ensure CRM supports our Naturally Digital ambition.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Head of CRM, you'll be working within the Enterprise Applications team, supporting them in delivering strategic CRM capability across Kier. Your day to day will include:
- Defining and owning the enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our digital, ERP, and data strategies
- Providing platform leadership and governance, establishing clear standards for configuration, change control, and integration
- Championing data quality and integrity, working with governance teams to ensure CRM data is trustworthy and fit for purpose
- Driving consistent CRM adoption and measurable business value across divisions, tracking maturity and outcomes
- Managing supplier relationships and commercial performance, ensuring partners deliver against our priorities and standards

- You have significant experience in senior ownership of an enterprise CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- You can demonstrate strong strategic thinking alongside practical platform governance and business engagement skills
- You've worked effectively with executive leadership and senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- You understand how CRM fits within wider ERP, data, and digital ecosystems, including integration and analytics dependencies
- You're a collaborative leader who can translate business needs into clear platform priorities and build effective relationships across teams
