Duties
- Deliver comprehensive grooming training sessions, covering techniques such as bathing, trimming, styling, and handling various dog breeds
- Demonstrate grooming procedures step-by-step, ensuring clarity and safety for students and animals alike
- Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance their skills and boost their confidence
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards
- Assess student progress through practical evaluations and theoretical assessments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment that adheres to health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with students using clear instructions and supportive guidance to foster a positive learning experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly convey grooming techniques and instructions
- Strong teaching abilities with patience and enthusiasm for mentoring learners of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of plumbing is a plus for understanding equipment maintenance or repairs related to grooming stations
- Proficiency in IT to utilize digital training tools, presentations, and online resources effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills to plan lessons, track student progress, and manage training schedules
- Effective interpersonal skills to motivate students, build rapport, and create an engaging classroom atmosphere

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
