Maisie’s is a restaurant and bar in Portadown, Co Armagh offering a unique dining and hospitality experience. Established in 2023, Maisie’s is part of the McConville’s Group with 4 neighbouring venues within Portadown that has operated for over 20 years.
The Role
Part Time
As Front of House Staff you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of food and beverage service in Maisie’s Bar and Restaurant and will be integral in ensuring the smooth running of Maisie’s, this will include:
· Providing a warm and welcoming reception to all guests
· Explaining menu items and taking orders
· Taking bookings via telephone
· Serving beverages and creating cocktails
· Providing excellent table service
· Handling customer queries
· Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the venue
· Using the bar/restaurant till systems to place orders and process customer payments
Hours of Work
Include evenings and weekends, Wednesday-Sunday inclusive. Hours of work will be negotiable and require the post holder to be flexible.
Salary
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
· At least 1 years proven customer service experience in the hospitality sector.
· Great attention to detail and be standards driven.
· Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems and software.
