Little Spring Wonders Daycare Nursery is an Outstanding-rated, nursery located in Great Baddow, Chelmsford. We provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where children can thrive.
We are currently looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing across the nursery within a calm, structured environment.
With strong staffing ratios and room leader guidance, you will have the support needed to focus on high-quality childcare and meaningful interactions with children.
· Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
· Support learning and development in line with the EYFS
· Build positive relationships and secure attachments
· Observe and record children’s progress in a manageable and supportive way
· Work in partnership with families to support each child’s individual needs
· Always follow safeguarding and welfare requirements
· Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team
About You
· Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
· Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
· Caring, patient, and nurturing approach
· Reliable and professional with good communication skills
· A genuine passion for supporting children’s early development

Working Hours
· 30–40 hours per week
· Shifts across 3, 4, or 5 days
· 8–10 hour shifts per day

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,199.00 per year
